When Steve's school lacks a sexual education class, Stan volunteers to create a class and teach it himself. Stan has never masturbated prior to this and think something is wrong with him when he ends up addicted to it, but thinks the problem must be television. Meanwhile, Roger turns the attic into a bar after Hayley accuses him of wasting his life by eating junk food and watching trashy reality TV shows.
